Hey everyone! Hope you’re all doing well, and staying safe out there!
In this weeks Sunday songs post I thought I’d share a few of my favorite songs to workout to. Ever year I like to pick a goal to focus on, and for 2021 I chose to focus on being more active. A large part of choosing this goal was for my mental health because I know that being active helps me. I’ve also been thinking a lot about the future recently. I decided that starting to be active is not only good for me now, but also good for in the future.
I mostly go on daily walks, but I’ve also enjoyed throwing in some yoga and boxing as well. I’ve actually gotten to a point where I enjoy working out which is something I never thought I would say. Part of what makes me enjoy it so much is it’s a great opportunity to take time to listen to music. I love to listen to upbeat songs when working out especially ones that are confidence booster types. It just makes the whole activity better in my opinion. So with all that being said, I thought I’d make a list of a few of my favorites.

You’ll definitely see more songs by these artists plus others that I love. I just recently deleted my old workout playlist, and started fresh so it’s still a bit on the small side.
